Please note:

• Custom orders must be based on/similar to our designs in order to receive them in a timely matter. 

• Custom order requests must be made 2 weeks or more from deadline. We suggest placing your request as early as possible. Requests made in less than 2 weeks will be subject to a $20 rush fee.

• Customer must place a deposit of at least 1/3 of the quoted price in order for us to begin production on your order. Customer must pay for the order  by the time the order is completed and is ready to be shipped. WE WILL NOT RELEASE ORDERS TO CUSTOMERS IF IT IS NOT PAID IN FULL, regardless of the deadline.

• We reserve the right to decline custom orders that do not fit into our schedule, are not loosely based on our designs/color availability, or are made less than 2 weeks from your deadline date. 

• There are NO RETURNS on  custom orders!
